1. Delivery Terms
Once the purchase is completed, the Buyer will receive a link to access and use the purchased product. The product key will be delivered no later than 72 hours after payment confirmation.
In certain situations, the product can be sent directly to the Buyer’s registered email address. This will be done only after prior communication with the Buyer.
2. Support Period
If the game card, code, or product fails to display correctly, the Buyer is eligible for a refund or replacement within a 14-day support period.
The support period begins immediately upon delivery of the product (either via link or email).
3. Refund and Exchange Policy
- Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Products: Delivered game cards, codes, or other digital items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds or exchanges are only considered if a verified issue with the product is identified. Each case is thoroughly investigated, including consultation with the relevant service provider or publisher (e.g., PlayStation Network).
- Beyond the Support Period: If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, the product is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange. While we are not obligated to address issues beyond this period, we may choose to assist at our discretion.
4. Circumstances for Refunds
- Out of Stock: If the purchased item is unavailable, a refund will be issued immediately upon request.
- Payment Verification Issues: If payment verification is required, and the Buyer does not respond or refuses to cooperate within 5 days, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
- Insufficient Payment: If the payment amount is less than the listed price, the Buyer will be asked to complete the payment. If the Buyer fails to respond or refuses within 5 days, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed.
5. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Issued
- Finding a lower price for the product on another website.
- Changing your mind after placing the order and no longer wanting the product.
- Purchasing a product for an incompatible platform, incorrect version, or wrong region.
- Failure to review the product description, delivery method, or activation process before purchase.
- Any other reason not listed under “Circumstances for Refunds.”
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed through the original payment channel used for the purchase. Refund transactions may take 1-3 business days to be completed by the payment provider.
The Buyer will be notified of the refund via the email linked to their account.
Note: Transaction fees associated with refunds are non-refundable.
7. Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery within 72 hours after payment confirmation, provided that any necessary payment verification is completed.
Verified users with clear payment processes typically receive their products within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
If delivery is not completed within 72 hours, the Buyer has the right to request a refund.
