Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu is a reimagining of the classic Kanto adventure, in which players travel with a Pikachu partner that rides on their shoulder.

Catching wild Pokemon uses a simple throwing motion inspired by Pokemon GO, while battles against Gym Leaders and trainers remain turn-based. A second player can join in cooperatively, and version-exclusive Pokemon encourage trading.
