R Type Dimensions 3 is a release built around R-Type Dimensions, which revisits the original R-Type and R-Type II from Irem's classic side-scrolling shoot-'em-up series.

Players pilot the R-9 fighter through waves of biomechanical Bydo enemies, using the detachable Force pod to shield their ship and redirect firepower. Memorizing stages and bosses is key, rewarding practice with steadily improving runs through some of the genre's most iconic levels.
