Redfall is a cooperative first-person shooter set in a coastal town cut off from the mainland after being overrun by vampires. Up to four players can team up as one of several playable heroes, each with distinct supernatural abilities, to fight through the infested town and uncover why it was targeted.

Missions combine open-world exploration with combat against vampire hordes and their human collaborators, alongside a day-night cycle that changes how dangerous the streets are. It leans on its hero-based abilities and co-op focus to differentiate encounters between playthroughs.
