Varney Lake is a pixel-art visual novel adventure told in a retro pulp style. The story follows a group of kids spending a summer near a lake in the 1950s, whose lives change when they encounter a vampire.

Revisited through memories years later, the story explores friendship, fear, and loss. Players move through the story making choices and solving small puzzles, drawn along by its slow-burn tension and nostalgic atmosphere.
