Jalopy is a road-trip driving game following a man and his uncle journeying across a fictionalized Eastern Bloc in a rickety, constantly breaking-down car. Managing repairs and fuel while trading goods along the route drives its relaxed gameplay.

Its slow, atmospheric pacing favors exploration and vehicle maintenance over speed or action. The distinct historical-fiction setting gives the road trip a memorable, melancholic charm.
