9 Years of Shadows is a Metroidvania-style action platformer following the warrior Europa on a journey to restore color to a world drained of life, exploring a sprawling castle as abilities unlock new paths and the map gradually opens up.

Its hand-drawn pixel art and music-themed story set it apart from typical platformers, giving players a visually distinct adventure where exploration, boss fights and character growth are tied together by a striking audiovisual identity.
