Samurai Warriors 5 reimagines the series' large-scale battlefield action with a refreshed visual style and a narrative focused on key figures from Japan's Sengoku period. Players cut through massive enemy forces using sweeping combos and special attacks.

A streamlined roster puts more focus on a handful of central warriors and their personal stories. It suits fans of historical hack-and-slash action looking for a narrative-focused entry point into the series.
