Crystar is an action role-playing game following a young woman trapped in a purgatory-like realm, using her tears as a source of power to fight monstrous enemies.

Combo-based combat combines with a story exploring grief and loss, as the protagonist's emotional journey ties directly into her growing combat abilities.
