Dead Island 2 is a first-person action game set in a zombie-overrun Los Angeles, combining visceral melee combat with a dark sense of humor. Players fight through hordes of grotesquely detailed undead using improvised weapons and character-specific abilities.

Exploration of the quarantined city reveals side stories and survivors alongside the main narrative's chaotic, over-the-top action. Its gory, physics-driven combat and irreverent tone make it a strong fit for fans of stylish, action-heavy zombie games.
