A Group B icon, the Opel Manta 400 was entered in mid 1983. It struggled to match its AWD competitors, with an AWD Opel Manta prototype being developed briefly before the project was brought to a close. The Opel Manta Group B produced 275hp, offering excellent traction in the dry.
