Dustoff Z takes the series' helicopter action into zombie-apocalypse territory, tasking players with rescue and combat missions using a chopper against the undead. Precise flying remains central alongside onboard weapons.

The zombie setting adds survival-horror flavor to the franchise's established helicopter gameplay, mixing evacuation objectives with combat against overwhelming hordes rather than conventional military opponents.
