The Outlast Trials is a cooperative survival horror game set during Cold War-era human experiments, tasking you and up to three others with surviving twisted psychological trials. Stealth and evasion remain central, with only limited tools and tricks to stun or distract the horrors pursuing you.

Completing trials together requires coordination and careful use of the environment to avoid detection. Its cooperative structure adds a social layer to the series' signature helpless, nerve-shredding horror.
