West of Dead is a twin-stick shooter set in a supernatural purgatory version of the Old West. Players take on the role of a dead gunslinger, fighting through undead enemies using guns and abilities across procedurally generated runs.

The game blends roguelike progression with cover-based, twin-stick shooting, wrapped in a moody, noir-inspired Western afterlife setting where light and darkness play a key role.
