Hades is a roguelike action game following Zagreus, son of the Greek god of the underworld, as he repeatedly battles his way up from Hell in an attempt to reach the surface and defy his father.

Each escape attempt offers new god-granted boons that reshape combat, while an evolving story unfolds through conversations with a richly voiced cast of mythological figures, giving every run both fresh combat variety and narrative progress.
