Surgeon Simulator 2 is a comedic physics-based game where players perform absurdly exaggerated surgical procedures using clumsy, hard-to-control tools, turning routine operations into chaotic, often disastrous set pieces. The humor comes from the gap between the seriousness of surgery and how ridiculous it becomes in practice.

The game supports cooperative play, letting friends fumble through operations together, and expands beyond the operating room into a wider sandbox of physics-driven mayhem. It's built for players who enjoy slapstick, unpredictable physics comedy over a genuine medical simulation.
