This release is a piece of add-on content for Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2, a role-playing game set in the World of Darkness. Players take on the role of Phyre, an elder vampire who awakens in modern-day Seattle with a mysterious mark and a voice in their head, and is drawn into the power struggles of the city's vampire clans.

Choices around dialogue, combat, and stealth shape how the story unfolds, as players balance their vampiric hunger against the need to remain hidden from human society.
