Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is a story expansion set in a new district of Night City, introducing a tense espionage plot alongside additional missions and characters for existing players. It builds directly on the base game's world and systems.

Players already familiar with V's story will find new choices, gear, and narrative threads woven into the established open-world RPG framework. It's designed as add-on content for those who have played through Cyberpunk 2077 already.
