Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 is a role-playing game set in the World of Darkness. Players take on the role of Phyre, an elder vampire who awakens in modern-day Seattle with a mysterious mark and a voice in their head, and is drawn into the power struggles of the city's vampire clans.

Players choose a clan that shapes their supernatural powers, and progress through dialogue choices, stealth, and combat. They must balance their thirst for blood against keeping the masquerade that hides vampires from human society.
