1348 Ex Voto is a third-person action-adventure set in fourteenth-century Italy during the Black Death, following Aeta, a young knight on a desperate journey to find and rescue her friend Bianca.

Sword combat against soldiers and other threats is paired with exploration of plague-stricken landscapes, ruined villages, and religious sites. Its grim historical setting and personal story of loyalty appeal to players drawn to medieval adventures with a darker, more grounded tone.
