Before you buy

Most problems with a digital key are decided before the order is placed — by the platform and the region printed on the product page.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout and completed on PayOp’s secure hosted page. The exact methods can vary by country, currency and provider rules.

Quick answers

  • Do I need an account? No. Guest checkout remains available. You can sign in with the same email afterwards to keep your orders and keys together.
  • Do I need to give a delivery address? No. Nothing is shipped, so checkout asks only for your first name, last name and email address.
  • Where does the key arrive? By email, and on the order page you reach right after checkout. Keep both.
  • What currency am I charged in? EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, PLN, NOK, DKK, SEK or CZK — whichever you select. The same currency is shown on the storefront, at checkout and on the order.
