Shipping & Delivery

Key4Games sells digital game keys only. Every order is delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment, no courier, no shipping address and no delivery fee.

1. What you receive

You receive a digital activation key for the platform shown on the product page (for example Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation or Origin). No physical goods are dispatched, so no shipping method, tracking number or delivery address is required at checkout.

2. Delivery method and time

Delivery is instant and automatic. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your key is issued immediately — typically within seconds. You do not need to wait for a manager to send it manually.

3. Where to find your key

Your key is delivered in two places at once:

• By email — sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout.
• In your account — visible any time under My Account → Orders, where you can open the order and copy the key again. Your key stays available there, so you will not lose it if the email is deleted.

4. Delivery cost

Delivery is free. Because all products are digital, no shipping charges, customs duties or import taxes apply to any order.

5. Payment confirmation

Keys are released only after payment is confirmed. If you chose Bank transfer / Manager contact or Agree payment with manager at checkout, our manager will contact you by email to arrange the payment. Once that payment is confirmed, delivery of the key is automatic and immediate, exactly as described above.

6. If your key does not arrive

If your payment is confirmed but no key appears, first check the Spam or Promotions folder of your mailbox, and check My Account → Orders, which always holds the authoritative copy. If it is still missing, contact us and we will resolve it.

7. Regional restrictions

Some keys are restricted to a specific region or country, which is stated on the product page before purchase. Please check the region of a product before ordering, because a key activated in the wrong region cannot always be replaced.
