88 Heroes is a side-scrolling action platformer with a roster of eighty-eight characters, each with a unique and often absurd ability, tasked with stopping an evil doctor's doomsday plot within just eighty-eight seconds.
When a hero falls, the next one is picked at random, so players must adapt on the fly to whatever powers they are handed. The game's humor and constant character rotation set it apart from typical platformers, rewarding quick thinking and experimentation.
