Basingstoke is a stealth focused roguelike set in a satirical, monster overrun version of the English town of Basingstoke, tasking players with sneaking through procedurally generated levels to escape.

Avoiding hordes of creatures, crafting items and using distractions matter more than fighting, while permadeath and randomized layouts keep each attempt distinct. Its irreverent British setting and dark humor give the roguelike genre a uniquely satirical edge.
