Elden Ring is an open-world action RPG set in the Lands Between, a dark fantasy realm shattered by the destruction of its guiding Elden Ring. Players explore a vast, interconnected world while battling demanding enemies with weapons, magic, and careful timing.

Combining the challenging combat and cryptic storytelling of its developer's earlier games with newfound open-world freedom, it lets players approach its punishing bosses and hidden lore in whatever order and manner they choose, rewarding exploration and mastery of its combat systems.
