Evil West is a third-person action game that blends Wild West gunslinging with a fight against vampires and other monstrous horrors. Playing as a gunslinger armed with firearms and an electrified gauntlet, players battle through gothic-tinged frontier towns and monster lairs.

Combat emphasizes brawler-style melee combos mixed with ranged weapons, encouraging aggressive, momentum-based fighting against increasingly grotesque enemies. Developed by Flying Wild Hog, it leans into over-the-top action set against a supernatural take on the American frontier.
