Metroid Prime 4: Beyond continues Samus Aran's first-person adventures, sending the bounty hunter to investigate a new alien threat using her signature arsenal of weapons and scanning abilities. Exploration and combat combine across an unfamiliar, hostile world.

Players scan environments to uncover secrets, battle dangerous creatures, and acquire new upgrades that expand where Samus can go. Its first-person exploration continues the Prime sub-series' methodical, atmospheric approach to the Metroid formula.
