Scar Lead Salvation is a third-person shooter following a young woman who wakes in a hostile, machine-filled world and fights her way forward to uncover her past. Combat focuses on fast gunplay against robotic enemies.

Its roguelite-style stages change between attempts, encouraging players to adapt their loadout and tactics. It suits fans of action shooters that combine replayable runs with an anime-inspired story.
