This Is the Police is a management and strategy game that puts players in charge of a police department in a corrupt city, balancing personnel, budgets, and morally gray decisions during a countdown to retirement.

Its blend of narrative choice, resource management, and noir storytelling creates a morally complex experience, appealing to players who enjoy strategy games layered with tough decision-making.
