Backbone is a narrative driven detective game set in a dystopian, animal populated Vancouver, following a raccoon private investigator whose routine case spirals into a much larger conspiracy.

Point and click style investigation and dialogue choices drive the story forward, with a moody, neo noir atmosphere underpinning the game's social commentary. Its distinctive anthropomorphic cast and slow burn mystery give the detective genre an unusual, thought provoking twist.
