POSTAL 4 No Regerts is an open-world first-person shooter from Running With Scissors, following the Postal Dude in the town of Edensin.

Players take on odd jobs across the town over the course of a week, handling each task as calmly or as violently as they like. Crude, satirical humor and a sprawling sandbox are central to its appeal.
