Princess Maker 2 Regeneration is a modern remake of the classic Japanese raising simulation. Players act as the guardian of a young girl, guiding her growth from childhood to adulthood over eight in-game years.

Each month is planned through a schedule of lessons, jobs, and rest, shaping her stats, personality, and relationships. Adventures, festivals, and events add variety, and the choices made along the way determine which of many different endings she reaches as an adult.
