Sword of the Necromancer Resurrection is an enhanced version of the original action roguelite, following a heroine who descends into a cursed dungeon to bring back someone she has lost, capturing monster souls to summon them as allies.

It keeps the randomized dungeon runs, monster-taming combat, and cooperative play of the original while refining the experience. The premise of loss and determination gives the roguelite structure emotional weight beyond typical dungeon crawling.
