Wolfenstein The Old Blood is a prequel first-person shooter following a younger B.J. Blazkowicz on a mission into a heavily fortified Nazi castle.

It leans into visceral, close-quarters combat and adds horror-tinged detours as the story uncovers dark experiments hidden beneath the stronghold. The result is a tighter, more brutal companion piece to the series' main story.
