Evil Genius 2: World Domination is a base-building strategy game where players construct and manage a secret lair for a criminal mastermind bent on world domination. Rooms, traps, and loyal minions must be arranged carefully to fend off nosy agents while advancing sinister schemes on a world stage.

Balancing base defense, minion training, and global operations against rival factions and infiltrating spies gives the game a mix of tycoon-style management and tongue-in-cheek villain fantasy, inspired by classic spy-thriller aesthetics.
